How to place an order?: It is always best to talk directly to one of our Dessert Specialists when placing an order. We value the chance to talk with you about your specific needs and we are full of helpful suggestions. Please try to give us as much notice as possible prior to the date you would like delivery.

How do I plan for my Dessert Bar? Call us and we can discuss your endless selections of bakery favorites, cheesecakes,cookies and don’t forget about our Signature mini’s.

Please do not email or fax: Please call us for all orders. Then you may fax over any artwork, wording or special instructions. Please provide us with your name, phone number(s) and email address so that we may contact you if necessary.

When should I place my order? For our Old Fashion Cakes & Fresh bakery items order should be order at least 48 hours in advance. Larger cakes must be ordered 72 hours in advance. If you would like any wording or specific color or designs, please let us know when placing your order. For Specialty Cakes –please allow 5 days notice. One of a Kind Designs – should be placed 2-3 weeks in advance for party cakes and at least 2 months for weddings. Saturday deliveries require 2 week notice due to the high volume of special events.

Order Confirmations: Once an order has been place we will require a deposit. You need only to confirm yourorder when the cake is priced per serving (One-of-a-kind Designs) and your guest count has changed please let us know 7 days in advance. You may use a credit card and complete the purchase on the day of your delivery. You may pay cash, use another card, or use an official personal or business check. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard & American Express.
